The INTRODUCTION to WorkExpo training session is designed for new and beginning users to get up to speed using the system. There are no prerequisites and no experience necessary. Skills gained during the session include using, understanding and getting the most out of the product. WorkExpo's basic features are explored in detail.
The ADVANCED session assumes basic familiarity with WorkExpo. It’s a refresher course for existing users. The topics include: newest features, hidden features that may be hard to find, importing and exporting records, managing the database over time e.g. back-up, archiving and end-of-year rollover, emailing from WorkExpo (including mail-merging and sending bulk emails), keyboard shortcuts and tips and tricks.

The training is designed for work experience coordinators and work placement teachers seeking to improve and increase their efficiency managing work experience programs using the WorkExpo software.
The Lab is focused on using, understanding and getting the most out of WorkExpo and also explores the new features. The session is designed to improve your technical and general knowledge of the product.
The session is hands-on, but is also instructor led, so participants can ask questions and join the discussion. Learning by doing is the focus.A light lunch is provided. Click here to book training.
Remote training can be conducted one-on-one via the internet using remote software called TeamViewer (Third Party software).
