You can now have WorkExpo prompt you to
follow up a particular student or employer when the program starts.
You may create several follow ups linked to a particular student, a
particular employer or a particular arrangement.
WorkExpo will remind you when the follow up date occurs.
Optionally you can send these follow ups to Microsoft Outlook (if installed)
and Outlook will display an Outlook generated
reminder. This may be useful as
WorkExpo does not need to be running to for follow ups to pop up on screen.

In many schools there may be several people
who might create arrangements: Careers Teacher, VCAL Coordinator, VET
Coordinator, Work Experience coordinator etc.. Each uses Work Expo on their own
machine and links to the central database on the network.
Each user is now able to enter their own
personal details in Options/School: name, title, phone, email, etc. and have
these personal details appear on all printouts. Each user logs into WorkExpo
at startup and optionally enters a password. |
